Service format and duration
Psychological assessment and treatment are generally conducted in the form of one-on-one and face-to-face interviews, each session lasting for around 50 minutes.
The first appointment usually takes 1.5 - 2 hours approximately. In response to the epidemic situation and the specific needs of the clients, online counseling can also be provided upon mutual agreement. However, the first intake session must be conducted by face-to-face interview, so as to assess the suitability for online services.
